Job Title: Registered Manager/ Domiciliary Care Manager
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £30K - £35K – (negotiable)
Qualification: NVQ Level 4 or RMA (Registered Managers Award)
A fantastic opportunity has come about for a Registered Care Manager, for a large Domiciliary Care Company in Oxfordshire. The service specializes in providing short and long term live-in care for the elderly, adults and children with physical and learning disabilities, and has been doing so for a number of years and has built up an enviable reputation in this area.
As a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager you would be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily running of the business, which currently provides over 4000 hrs. As the manager you will be responsible for budgeting, recruiting, managing a staff team of over 400, staff supervision, attending meetings, implementing training and performance plans, performance reviews, monitoring and ensuring quality standards are adhered to, record keeping and report writing. You will also be responsible for the development and the expansion of Domiciliary and Live In services whilst maintaining key relationships with partner agencies.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate 3-5 years experience in a similar role and be able to work in a very challenging and fast paced position. You must have a professional qualification in social care or health, and also be someone who is adaptable, quick thinking, approachable, analytical, dynamic and relationship focused. You must have a well developed understanding of Social Care and have the passion to keep up with industry news and developments.
