I am looking to recruit a Registered Manager/ Domiciliary Care Manager for one of my clients. They specialise in providing short and long term live-in care for the elderly and adults with physical and learning disabilities. They have been doing so for a good number of years now and have built up an enviable reputation in this area.

As a Registered Manager/ Domiciliary Care Manager you would be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily running of the business. You will be responsible for budgeting, recruiting, staff supervision, attending meetings, implementing training and performance plans, performance reviews, monitoring and ensuring quality standards are adhered to, record keeping and report writing. You will also be responsible for the development and the expansion of Domiciliary and Live In services whilst maintaining key relationships with partner agencies.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate 3-5 years experience in a similar role. You must be able to work in a very challenging and fast paced position as this role requires that you manage over 4000 hours weekly. You must hold a NVQ level 4 and a RMA. You must also be someone who is adaptable, quick thinking, approachable, analytical, dynamic and relationship focused. You must have a well developed understanding of Social Care and have the passion to keep up with industry news and developments. You must have be conversant with the Care Standards Act
